3. Return Eligibility

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

• Unused and Undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
• Item must be in the original packaging, with all labels, tags, accessories, and manuals included.
• Proof of Purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

4.1 Initiating a Return

4.2 Return Authorization:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

4.3 Preparing Your Return

• Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
• Include your RMA number and proof of purchase inside the package.
  

4.4 Shipping the Return

• Ship the package within 7 days of receiving your RMA approval.
  
• Use the shipping method specified in your return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping fees vary. We will provide guidance on the most cost-effective return shipping option available.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and will process return to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• items that have been used, assembled, or installed.
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Custom or special-order items.

7 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with our suppliers to arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.

7.2 Incorrect Product Received

• Resolution:
• We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.

7.3 Product Never Arrived

• We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
• If the product is confirmed lost we will send a replacement product.

7.4 Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment:
• You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
• After Shipment:
• If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

• We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
